Safety
While we ride for Fun, the middle word in our motto, "Friends for Fun, Safety, and Knowledge", is Safety and it's no joking matter. Riding a motorcycle has it's own unique risks and hazards that we accept and manage every day. GWRRA has several ways to help you in managing those risks and enjoying your ride.
GWRRA Rider Education Program
The
GWRRA Rider Education Program (REP) is intended to make the
motorcycle riding environment safer by reducing injuries and
fatalities and increasing motorcyclist skills and awareness.
The REP consists of four levels, from the Safe Miles to
Master Tour Rider. Participation in the REP is strictly voluntary
